MIND AT PLAY is a project of Customized Workshops “ArThrough” for bigger groups according to specific request . The themes varies for Corporate & Groups offering a versatile experience of The GESTURAL ART out of the Studio. In this unique approach Claudia challenges roles and rules facilitating a reconnection of the mind to its original state of Joy, owe and expansion through automatic painting, drawing and writing; Identifying and dissolving whats on the way of Creativity, Leadership, Innovation, team building, projects, mission statement, visioning.

In Every piece, painting or drawing lies a story, an inner dialogue and discovery. The forms are characters in play with a message representing parts and roles of yourself. As you come to understand the needs and wants of those parts you’ll be able to give them the space to expand and nurture them.

The starting point of work is the Body as the main messenger board, listening to it and finding in it where you are in the moment, where the intentions or blocks are. From there, the creation starts.

A glimpse of the process:
Circle of play, Mirror Work, Visioning, Arthrough Journal, Out of line experiment, Automatic Collage, Animal Totem, Archetypes and Creative Symbol using water colors, ink, acrylics, charcoal, pastels and mixed media.

The Price is determine according to the group and workshop characteristics. No Art Experience Needed.
