An individual session takes 2 and 1/2 hours, with the opportunity to work Through GESTURAL ART-specific intentions, situations, or challenges at the physical, mental or emotional levels, expanding the creative expression and freeing from limiting beliefs around art as a metaphor for life.

Be prepared to get messy, take risks, and paint as if it was your last opportunity while splashing ink and acrylics with the non-dominant hand and blindfolded. During the session, you will attune into messages that are already within and return to your original nature through art, experiencing a glimpse of other realms inside of yourself.
