ArThrough Individual Sessions

$500 / All materials included. No Art experience needed.

An individual session takes 2 and 1/2 hours, with the opportunity to work Through GESTURAL ART-specific intentions, situations or challenges in the physical, mental or emotional levels, expanding the creative expression and freeing from limiting beliefs around art as a metaphor for life.

Be prepared to get messy, take risks and paint as if it was your last opportunity while splashing ink and acrylics with the non-dominant hand and blindfolded. During the session, you will attune into the message that is already within and return to your original nature through a trance-like experience that allows to have a glimpse of those other worlds inside and outside of us.
